Miso & Honey Glazed Pork Fillet
Servings: 4 People
Ingredients
- 2 Pork Loins , about 350g each, cut in 2-3cm cubes
- 4 tbsp Miso Sauce , press here for the recipe
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Scallions , finely sliced
- 1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed Oil , or peanut oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and mix the pork cubes with the miso sauce and keep aside for an hour.
- Place a large wok type of pan on high heat. 2’ later add half the oil and allow to heat up. Then cook the pork cubes, in 2 batches, for about 5 minutes while tossing frequently. Once cooked through add 2 tbsp of the honey, toss, season with the half the salt and add a splash of the vinegar. Remove from the wok pan and repeat for the other batch.
- Serve while garnishing with the sliced scallions and the sesame seeds.
