Miso marinated Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon loins about 250 grs each
- 100 grs Miso Sauce press Miso Sauce for recipe
- Moroccan salad press Moroccan salad for recipe
- Basmati Rice press Basmati Rice for recipe
- Roasted Veggies press Roasted Veggies for recipe
Instructions
- An hour before using take the salmon outside the refrigerator, place in a small rectangular non-stick oven dish and baste with the Miso sauce.
- Preheat the oven to the 175 degrees C, air circulation, rack in the middle.
- Add in the oven uncovered for about 18 minutes.
- Serve on top of the rice and next to the Moroccan salad and the veggies.
