Harissa sauce mellows down with the yoghurt but already has flavoured the tender thighs. Tremendously easy to make, as long as harissa sauce is available, but if not, do replace it with any other pepper sauce with a spicy kick in it.

Harissa Chicken Thighs
Servings: 4 People
Ingredients
- 5-6 Chicken Thighs , skinless
- 50ml Harissa , press here for the recipe
- 3 tbsp Yoghurt
Instructions
- Place 40ml of the harissa sauce in a glass bowl and toss in it the thighs. Allow to marinade for 30’.
- Place a large sauteing pan on high heat and once it heats up add the thighs. Cook for about 10’ while tossing couple of times.
- Remove from the heat and slice roughly. Place the sliced pieces in a bowl with the yoghurt and toss to get well coated. Serve with your favorite rice and top up with the remaining 10ml of the harissa sauce.
