Slaw Salad with Asian Dressing and Sesame Seeds
Servings: 6 People
Ingredients
- 1 small white Cabbage , shredded, inside core removed
- 1 big Carrot , julienned
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger , shredded
- 4 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Classic Mustard
- 1 teaspoon White Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the sesame oil, ginger, vinegar, oil, mustard, mustard seeds, honey, salt and pepper.
- Take a large bowl and add the vegetables. Pour all over the dressing and toss. Cover and refrigerated for at least 45 minutes.
