Mint Drying

How much nicer, and satisfying, is to grow your own herbs and spices. And when they bloom and give you the pleasure of their aromas it’s also a message that you should dry some for the ‘difficult’ months!

Mint is such a wonderful herb that we use in salads, dips and sauces, lamb meat and not only.
Not difficult to dry, spread the cut leaves and place them under the sun for 3-4 days. Then pack the dried leaves in plastic jars and use whenever needed. (crumble some in your palm to get a boost of their aroma!)
