Miso Sauce (Nobu inspired)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 150g White Miso Paste
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 6 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Yuzu juice , or Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce , optional if readily available
- 3 tsp Ginger , grated

- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
