Chicken Fillets Marinated in Oyster Sauce
Servings: 4 People
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Fillets , small size, cut in half diagonally
- 1 tbsp Dry Ginger
- 1 tbsp Dry Onion , powder
- 1 tsp dry Garlic , granules
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 40 ml Light Soy Sauce
- 60 ml Oyster Sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Honey
- 30 ml Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbsp EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- We make the marinade by taking a large bowl and mixing well all the ingredients except of the chicken fillets. We add the chicken fillets in the bowl and move around for the marinade to go all over them. Refrigerate overnight.
- Turn your oven to 200°C, air circulation and top-bottom elements (not the grill/broiler) on, rack set to the middle.
- Remove the chicken fillets from the bowl and add into an oven proof dish. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15’. Remove from the oven, flip the chicken fillets and brush over them some of the reserved marinate. Place back in the oven and continue cooking for 8’ more.
- Remove from the oven and serve with your favourable side dish.
