Preserved Garlic
[featured-images]We buy the garlic and is so common that in a week or so it starts to go bad. No worries, there is an easy way to save them by keeping couple of cloves for the coming week and the rest to be preserved/pickled. Don’t worry, they won’t absorb the vinegar, just wash the cloves that you take out of the jar, and you have fresh garlic ready to use.

Preserved Garlic
Ingredients
- 6 Garlic Heads
- White Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Gently peel the cloves and add into jars.
- Place medium pot over high heat and pour the vinegar. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Allow just to cool a bit and pour in the jars with the garlic cloves. Immediately close the jars with their lids and keep on your countertop for an hour or so to cool.
- Place in the refrigerator and enjoy for the months to come, always washing under running water the cloves that you want to use.
