Pork Chops with Honey-Mustard Sauce
Servings: 3 People
Ingredients
- 3 Pork Chops , side fat scored every 2cm
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp dry Coriander
- 1 tsp dry Oregano
- 1 tsp dry Thyme
- 200 ml Dry White Wine
- 3 tbsp EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Take a large pot or casserole with a lid and place on high fire. Pour the oil and allow to heat-up well. Add the pork chops and sear each side for about 2-3’.
- Add the herbs and deglaze with the wine. Allow for the alcohol to evaporate and then add the mustard and honey which you have already mixed together. Gently mix, season with the salt, cover with the lid and simmer for 45’, flipping the chops once or twice during the cooking.
- Serve with your favourite veggies and potatoes.
