Lime Passion Fruit Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 70 ml Lime juice , about 3 limes
- 1 Lime Zest
- 30 ml Agave Syrup , (or Honey)
- 2 Passion Fruit
- 100 ml EVOO , (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 70 ml Seed Oil , like Canola
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a tall jar and blend with a high-speed handheld blender.
