Panko Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- 5 Slices White Bread Loaf
Instructions
- Cut and discard the edges of the bread slices.
- Cut each slice in 1-2cm strips and then in squares.
- Place in the basket of an air-fryer and bake for 18’ at 120°C, tossing them couple of times in between.
- Allow to cool for 10’ and place in a bowl of a food processor with the metal blade attached. Pulse couple of times without over-working as you don’t want very fine crumbs.
- If not used immediately, seal and refrigerate for couple of months.
