Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 500 g Oyster Mushrooms
  • 50 ml EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Dry Coriander , ground
  • ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Spread the mushrooms in a flat dish and pour half of the oil. Sprinkle on both sides the coriander, salt and pepper.
  • Turn a bbq gas grill on, at medium/high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 10’ turning every now and then.
  • Remove from the grill and drizzle with the rest of the oil along with the lemon juice.
