Oyster Mushrooms
Servings: 3 People
Ingredients
- 500 g Oyster Mushrooms
- 50 ml EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Dry Coriander , ground
- ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
- ½ tsp freshly cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Spread the mushrooms in a flat dish and pour half of the oil. Sprinkle on both sides the coriander, salt and pepper.
- Turn a bbq gas grill on, at medium/high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 10’ turning every now and then.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with the rest of the oil along with the lemon juice.
