Garlicky Shrimps
Servings: 4 People
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fresh Shrimps , peeled, deveined and heads-off
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 ml Ouzo
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley , finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground Black Peppe
Instructions
- Place a frying pan on medium heat and add the oil along with the garlic paste. Allw for the garlic to flavour the oil and then drop in the shrimps, cooking for 2’.
- Season with half the salt and pepper and flip them over cooking for further 2’. Repeat the seasoning, sprinkle the chili flakes and deglaze with the ouzo.
- Allow for the alcohol to evaporate and remove from the heat into a serving plate while garnishing with the parsley.
