Sesame Chicken Fillets
Servings: 3 Peope
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Fillets , small size, cut in half
- 20 ml Toasted Sesame Oil
- 15 ml Soy Sauce
- 30 ml Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce
- 2 Scallions , sliced and green parts separated from the white parts
Instructions
- We make the marinade by taking a large bowl and mixing well all the ingredients except of the green parts of the scallions and the chicken fillets. We add the chicken fillets in the bowl and move around for the marinade to go all over them. Refrigerate overnight or kept in the marinade for at least 30’.
- Turn your oven to 190°C, air circulation and top-bottom elements (not the grill/broiler) on, rack set to the middle. Or in an air fryer, air fried.
- Remove the chicken fillets from the bowl and add into an oven proof dish. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 15’. Remove from the oven, flip the chicken fillets and brush over them some of the reserved marinate. Place back in the oven and continue cooking for 8’ more while you switch from air circulation to the broiler.
- Remove from the oven, slice thickly, garnish with the green parts of the scallions and serve with your favourite rice.
