Spinach, wilted and garlicky, is a quick and easy side dish that while is great as a side dish to meat and fish, myself I enjoy eating it on its own during those low-calorie meal days.
2 powerful ingredients, spinach which contains a high amount of iron and protein, and garlic with blood-pressure-lowering properties that can give your immune system a boost.
At the same time, they are low in calorie which can be helpful if you are looking for nutritious, low calorie yet delicious ingredients.
