Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large Egg Yolk
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- Pinch Sea Salt
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Place the butter in a microwave proof small bowl and heat until it melts.
- Place in the bowl of a high-speed food processor, metal blade on, the egg yolk, lemon juice and pepper and pulse few times. Pour slowly the butter looking for a smooth sauce. If too thick add some warm water to correct. Season with salt and serve.
