Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg Yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the butter in a microwave proof small bowl and heat until it melts.
  • Place in the bowl of a high-speed food processor, metal blade on, the egg yolk, lemon juice and pepper and pulse few times. Pour slowly the butter looking for a smooth sauce. If too thick add some warm water to correct. Season with salt and serve.
