Hoisin - Peanut Sauce for Dipping
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar , diluted in the vegetable stock
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable Stock
- 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 inch Ginger , grated (frozen to be easier to be grated)
- 1 clove Garlic , finely minced
- 7-10 unsalted peanuts , grinded in food processor
- 1 Red Chili Pepper , deseeded as much as you like and thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Adjust to taste and thickness with water or Rice Vinegar
