Osu Blue Tomatoes with a Balsamic Oregano sauce
Ingredients
- 20 Osu Blue Tomatoes , halved
- 50 ml EVOO , (Extra Virgin Olive Oli)
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar , preferably aged
- 30 grs Greek Feta Cheese
- 10 Sprigs fresh Thyme
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed food processor with the metal blade attached and pulse 3-4 times.
- Arrange the halved tomatoes in a flat dish and drizzle with the sauce.
