Campari Flamingo
Ingredients
- 45 ml Aged Rum
- 15 ml Campari
- 25 ml Lime juice , freshly squeezed
- 90 ml Pink Grapefruit soda
- 1 slice Lime
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the Rum, Campari and Lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into ice-filled low glass, add the grapefruit soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with the Lime slice
