A bittersweet variation on a Negroni, with Aperol instead of Campari and a dash of yellow Chartreuse.
Apropos Cocktail
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Aperol
- 10 ml Yellow Chartreuse
- 25 ml Lime juice , (about 1 Lime)
- 1 Orange Twist
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the Gin, Aperol, Chartreuse and Lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into ice-filled low glass.
- Garnish with the Orange twist.
