Take a large bowl and mix the pork cubes with the miso sauce and keep aside for an hour.
Place a large wok type of pan on high heat. 2’ later add half the oil and allow to heat up. Then cook the pork cubes, in 2 batches, for about 5 minutes while tossing frequently. Once cooked through add 2 tbsp of the honey, toss, season with the half the salt and add a splash of the vinegar. Remove from the wok pan and repeat for the other batch.
Serve while garnishing with the sliced scallions and the sesame seeds.
