Slaw Salad with Asian Dressing and Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 small white Cabbage , shredded, inside core removed
  • 1 big Carrot , julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger , shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons EVOO , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Classic Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the sesame oil, ginger, vinegar, oil, mustard, mustard seeds, honey, salt and pepper.
  • Take a large bowl and add the vegetables. Pour all over the dressing and toss. Cover and refrigerated for at least 45 minutes.
