We start with the halloumi by cutting in thick slices and then each slice in 4-5 chunks of halloumi.
We make the bang bang sauce by whisking together the rest of the ingredients (except of the sesame seeds) in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Add ¾ of the sauce in a bowl with the halloumi chunks and mix well so that every piece is well coated. Place in the basket of an air-fryer and fry for 14’ at 200°C and until golden brown while tossing them couple of times while frying.
Remove from the air-fryer and add in a serving plate, drizzle with the remaining bang bang sauce and scatter on top the sesame seeds.
