Preserved Garlic

Ingredients

  • 6 Garlic Heads
  • White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  • Gently peel the cloves and add into jars.
  • Place medium pot over high heat and pour the vinegar. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Allow just to cool a bit and pour in the jars with the garlic cloves. Immediately close the jars with their lids and keep on your countertop for an hour or so to cool.
  • Place in the refrigerator and enjoy for the months to come, always washing under running water the cloves that you want to use.
