Place a medium pot with a lid on high heat and pour in the broth along with 2 tbsp of oil and the salt and pepper. Bring to boil, remove from the heat and add the couscous along with the lime juice. Stir for about 2’ until all water has been absorbed.
Cover the pot with the lid and let stand for 3’.
Turn back on the heat at low, add the butter and the remaining tbsp of oil and cook for 2’ more while stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and place a kitchen towel in between the bowl and the lid to absorb the extra humidity for 5-7’.
Uncover, fluff the couscous with a fork and serve.
