, Fully ripened, seeded and finely chopped/diced

, (about 1 lime)

Jalapeño or green Chili Peppers
, seeded and ribs removed, finely chopped (for more heat keep some of the ribs/seeds)

Cilantro
, leaves, chopped

Instructions
Mix together the tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
