Bijou Cocktail
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30 ml Green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 Lemon Twist
Instructions
- Pour the spirits and bitters over ice into a chilled mixing glass.
- Stir and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with the Lemon twist.
