Chili Sauce for Dipping

, diluted in 10 tablespoons of water

, grated (frozen to be easier to be grated)

, deseeded as much as you like and thinly sliced
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Adjust to taste with lime, sugar and water if too fishy!
