Chili Sauce for Dipping

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 Lime juice
  • 3 Brown Sugar , diluted in 10 tablespoons of water
  • 1 inch Ginger , grated (frozen to be easier to be grated)
  • 1 clove Garlic , finely minced
  • 1 Red Chili Pepper , deseeded as much as you like and thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Adjust to taste with lime, sugar and water if too fishy!
