Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, air circulation, rack in the middle.
Take a medium size rectangular oven-proof tray and add the Bamies, right out of the freezer. Drizzle on top pf them the vinegar and toss. Dilute the sugar in the warm water and add to the tray.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the tray and toss well. Cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until all the water has been absorbed, tossing halfway through. Remove from the oven and allow for the juices to come together for about 15 minutes.
