Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. If you want to refrigerate overnight, then lightly brush the mixture with olive oil and cover with plastic wrap.
Next day either turn the oven grill to maximum and place a grill 2 steps from the top or light your charcoal.
In the meantime, take the mixture from the refrigerator and while cold. Place some oil in your palms and form the soutzoukakia into large bullet patties of about 6-7 cm length.
Go back to your grill and grill for 3-4 minutes each side until nicely charred.
Serve with French fries and the chilli flakes on the side.
