Instructions
Ask your kind fishmonger to peel and devein the shrimps.
Place all the ingredients, except the shrimps and parsley, into a large bowl and whisk to create a marinade. Then add the shrimps and toss gently. Allow for the marinade to infuse the shrimps for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, turn the oven to 250° C, broiler/griller on and rack place to the top position.
Take a large no-stick oven proof tin sheet and add the shrimps. Brush with the remaining marinade and place in the oven to cook for about 2 ½ minutes and until slightly charred. Remove from the oven, turn them on their side and cook for further 2 minutes.
