Harissa Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Chicken Thighs , skinless
  • 50ml Harissa , press here for the recipe
  • 3 tbsp Yoghurt

Instructions

  • Place 40ml of the harissa sauce in a glass bowl and toss in it the thighs. Allow to marinade for 30’.
  • Place a large sauteing pan on high heat and once it heats up add the thighs. Cook for about 10’ while tossing couple of times.
  • Remove from the heat and slice roughly. Place the sliced pieces in a bowl with the yoghurt and toss to get well coated. Serve with your favorite rice and top up with the remaining 10ml of the harissa sauce.
