1 ½tablespoon Baking Powder, (not soda)
2teaspoonsGarlic Salt
1teaspoonSmoked Paprika
1teaspoonfreshly ground Black Pepper
60grUnsalted Butter
120mlOriginal Frank’s Hot Sauce
1tablespoonHoney
Instructions
Start by preparing the sauce. Place in a microwave oven a large bowl with the butter and melt. Remove from the microwave, add the honey and the hot sauce. Stir to combine and keep aside.
Preheat the oven with the air circulation on to 230 degrees C. with the rack set in the middle. Use an oven proof dish with a grill rack on the dish and lined with foil to gather the juices.
Mix the baking Powder with the garlic salt, pepper, smoked paprika and the Cayenne pepper. Pat dry very well the chicken pieces and sprinkle on them the above mixture and toss well to coat evenly.
Bake for 60 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and place in the bowl with the hot sauce and toss to coat. Serve while hot.
