500grBrown Button or Cremini Mushrooms, whole small ones
45grUnsalted Butter, cut in small cubes of 1 cm
30mlolive oil
2clovesGarlic, minced through a garlic presser tool
4teaspoonsCapers, rinsed and chopped
20mlLemon juice
3tablespoonsfresh Parsley, leaves picked and finely chopped
1teaspoonSea Salt
½teaspoonfreshly ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees C, air circulation, rack in the middle.
In a large rectangular non-stick oven proof dish add the mushrooms, garlic, olive oil salt and pepper and toss.
Top with the butter cubes and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, aiming for golden color mushrooms. Remove from the oven and while in the oven dish add the lemon juice and the parsley.
