Miso marinated Salmon

Miso/yuzu marinated salmon loin on a bed of Moroccan salad (parsnip, beetroot, carrot with blood oranges, pistachios and rose water), Basmati rice and roasted veggies!

Miso marinated Salmon

  • An hour before using take the salmon outside the refrigerator, place in a small rectangular non-stick oven dish and baste with the Miso sauce.
  • Preheat the oven to the 175 degrees C, air circulation, rack in the middle.
  • Add in the oven uncovered for about 18 minutes.
  • Serve on top of the rice and next to the Moroccan salad and the veggies.
