Agros village delicacies at the Farmers market


On a sunny November morning, while at the Farmers Market I was invited at the stand of Costas and his wife Anna from Agros village to taste freshly made Halloumi cheese, smoked bacon, sausage and palouze (a sweet delicacy made from the juice of grapes).
Of course freshly distilled Zivania (45+ degrees proof) had to accompany the above regardless of the early morning hours! Hik Hik.
